Celebrating the Engineers of Tomorrow
BCRC at Monash University
Engineers possess a rare combination—a seamless blend of the practical and the creative. They are grounded in solving real-world challenges and improving the way we live.
There’s no better place to begin that journey than at Australia’s top-ranked engineering faculty – Monash University.
Recently, BCRC was proud to participate in a panel discussion for first-year engineering students at Monash, which was held as part of their coursework.
The panels featured industry engineers, including our own Dr Jessie Ratcliffe and Sean Alfred from BCRC Victoria.
Together, they provided valuable insight into engineers’ daily work and how students might structure their studies to align with their career goals.
At BCRC, we are dedicated to fostering the next generation of engineering talent. We take pride in offering undergraduate engineers meaningful opportunities to embark on both a learning and career journey in the field of durability engineering.
Through mentoring and guidance, we empower young professionals by exposing them to the exciting challenges and opportunities that will shape the industry’s future.
Special thanks to Dr Pat Chen and the team at Monash University for the opportunity to connect with such a passionate group of future engineers.
