Our multidisciplinary consultants have thorough knowledge and experience across all construction materials and applications. We undertake remedial repairs and maintenance in concrete, timber, steel, brickwork, specialty coatings and waterproofing.
Design and Building Practitioners Act
Our consultants are registered Design Practitioners and professional engineers, in line with the Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA) 2020 and Regulation 2021 and in supporting Strata/Owners Corporations. BCRC can facilitate this regulatory requirement for owners and this service supplements our design and specification work and project superintendence.
Building Survey & Structural assessments
We offer Building Survey and Structural assessments, diagnosis and reporting on existing buildings to determine specific defects or non-conformances. This includes their stability, durability, permeability and fire resistance.
Dilapidation surveys and Condition Reports
Similarly, we can survey and record the condition of an existing property adjacent to proposed new construction works. On completion of the works, our reports are used as a reference to identify any new defects or determine whether existing defects have been further compromised.
BCRC also provides Condition reports with a 10-year Capital Works Program, for asset owners, strata corporations and insurers.
